On April 12, 2025, five remarkable Camp Ondessonk Lodge Members – Maggie Hertz, Charlie Schneider, Mason Barehart, Aleigna Selden, and Rowan King – came together for the Spring Lodge Reunion. This weekend blended Camp Spirit with purposeful action. Their mission? To help spread the word and boost Camp Ondessonk’s 2025 Summer Camp season enrollment.
A Camp-Fueled Weekend with a Purpose
The Spring Lodge Reunion is a cherished tradition where committed Ondessonk Lodge Members return to Camp to reconnect with each other, give back, and prepare for another unforgettable summer. This year, it featured a powerful addition: a Summer Camp Telethon, reaching out to 2024 campers who had not yet registered for 2025.
More than 1,200 Phone Calls – And Countless Camp Memories Rekindled. Making Personal Connections, One Call at a Time
Armed with Camp passion and a phone list, Maggie, Charlie, Mason, Aleigna, and Rowan made more than 1,200 personal calls to families across the region. Their message was simple yet heartfelt: “We can’t wait to see you back at Camp Ondessonk this summer!”
These Lodge Members reminded parents and campers alike of Camp Ondessonk’s life-changing impact – building confidence, lifelong friendships, leadership, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors.
