Downtown Belleville Gingerbread Contest
Johanna Hartin, an Ondessonk Camper, earned 1st place for her age group in the Downtown Belleville Gingerbread Contest. Johanna’s entry featured an incredible layout of some of Camp Ondessonk’s features and activities, including the Challenge Climbing Wall, the iconic Camp Ondessonk Gate, and the unit of Daniel Tree-House Cabins.
Johanna utilized gingerbread, candy, and pretzels to build her winning entry and has received the SWIC award for her efforts. “I made this because I went there this summer, and it was really fun. It’s not the exact layout just some of the activities.” stated Hartin.
