Do you need a small break in nature to stretch, relax, strengthen, and see goats? Join yoga instructor Ashley Dalton on May 14 for one hour (10am – 11am) of goat yoga in the beauty of Camp Ondessonk. Practice some old poses and maybe even learn a new one to take home all while enjoying the company of Camp Ondessonk’s goats. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, water bottle, and clothes that are comfortable to stretch in.
