REGISTRATION

Why won’t the system accept my username and password?
Your username is NOT your entire email address.  It’s only what comes before the @ symbol.
Your temporary password is summer. If you changed it and don’t remember it, call or email Camp and we can reset it.

I’m trying to create a new account, but it keeps telling me that I already have one.
If the system tells you that you already have an account, then an account has been created with your email address. Use the Forgot Username/Forgot Password links to receive your login information. If you receive errors in doing so, contact Camp for your account information. PLEASE do not create another account.

When I click on drop down for the camper name, it doesn’t work or do anything.
More than likely you are using the Internet Explorer web browser.  Our online registration system is not compatible with it. Please use a different web browser. Google Chrome is recommended.

Why does my camper say he/she is Enrolled and NOT Registered?
You must make the minimum $100 payment in order for your camper to become registered. Enrolled status does not secure a spot in camp for your camper.

Can I add a camper to my current account? Do I have to create a new account for a new camper? 
You can add as many campers to your account as needed.  Click on the ADD CAMPER button in the Quick Access section of the main dashboard.

MEDICAL

Do I have to use Camp Ondessonk’s Health Care Provider Form?
Absolutely not. That is only available because some people have asked for it. Any medical physical signed by a physician is acceptable.

When I click on drop down in the Upload Forms tab, it doesn’t work or do anything.
More than likely you are using the Internet Explorer web browser.  Our online registration system is not compatible with it. Please use a different web browser. Google Chrome is recommended.

When I try to upload the medical physical, all it does is spin forever and nothing happens.
The file should not take long to upload unless it is a very large file. Click anywhere on your screen to stop it from spinning, then click on the UPLOAD HISTORY tab to see if your file is listed.  If it isn’t, refresh your browser and try again. If you still have issues, please call Camp for assistance.

I’m trying to upload my camper’s physical but the system won’t let me because they are pictures. What do I do?
The system only allows .pdf and .doc(x) files to be uploaded. Download the free iScanner or similar app to your device and scan it as a .pdf file. Then you will be able to upload it.

Where do I enter my camper’s prescription medication?
Click on the MEDICAL tab in the Campers section of the main dashboard.

I keep getting an email telling me to complete the Over the Counter Authorization. Where do I find it?
Click on the MEDICAL tab in the Campers section of the main dashboard.

Do I need to provide a copy of my camper’s immunization records?
You no longer need to provide a copy of your camper’s immunization records. In the Camper Medical Information Form, you must attest that all immunizations required for school are up to date and provide the date of your camper’s last tetanus shot.

How current does my camper’s physical have to be?
The physical has to be dated within the last 18 months.

PRE-PURCHASES (Barter Bucks, Photos, Shirts, etc…)

How do I purchase Barter Bucks online?
– Log into your account
– Click on the MAKE A PAYMENT button in the Financial section
– Click on the CAMP STORE tab and enter the amount
– Select the PAYMENT OPTIONS tab and make your payment

How do I redeem unused Barter Bucks?
Any unused Barter Bucks is refunded in cash during check-out on Saturday. You MUST go through the Barter Buck line in order to receive your refund. Any remaining balance after Saturday is void and can no longer be refunded.

How do I purchase unit shirts, unit photos or care packages online?
– Log into your account
– In the “Optional Items” section of the main dashboard screen (bottom-right), click on the ADD CHG tab
– Click on the MANAGE ADD. CHARGES button
– Check the boxes for the desired merchandise on the left, then click the green ADD button above the list of merchandise.  This will move it to the right side.
– Click the CLOSE button on the bottom
– Click the MAKE A PAYMENT button in the FINANCIAL section
– Be sure to change your registration balance to zero if you do not want to pay toward any remaining balance.
– Click the PAYMENT OPTIONS tab and make your payment.
