SUMMARY:Ondessonk Trail Leader Training
DESCRIPTION:Join Camp Ondessonk staff and local naturalists to learn how to lead groups safely & efficiently on day long hiking trips. Throughout the day\, we will explore the trails of Camp covering topics such as risk & site management\, basics of interpretation\, land navigation & more. A small continental breakfast\, lunch\, and an end of day snack will be provided. Please bring hiking shoes\, water bottles\, a notebook and writing instrument\, small backpack\, and anything else you need to be comfortable for a day on the trial. If you are interested in staying overnight at Camp the night before or after the event\, contact Nolan at 618-695-2489 x 116. \nRegistration Deadline: March 9\, 2022 (CLOSED) \nCost: $40/person
